What is a Self-Service Banking Profile?
It is a single registration that gives you access to Internet, Telephone and Cell phone banking services.


Who needs a Self-Service Banking Profile?

  • All existing and new telephone and cell phone banking customers.
  • All new Internet banking customers
  • All prepaid users who recharge their cell phone via the telephone, i.e. 565 or 11333

All existing Internet banking customers will automatically have a Self-Service Banking Profile and do not need to create one.


How to create a Self-Service Banking Profile

  • You can create your Self-Service Banking Profile by calling us or by clicking here.
  • You must have a valid iStore Card and an ATM PIN or customer-selected PIN (CSP) to set up your Self-Service Banking Profile.
